This week's topic is:
Top 10 Beach Reads
*These are in no particular order.

I haven't read many books that feature the sun and some sand, so my fave beach reads are really cute contemps!

1. How My Summer Went Up in Flames by Jennifer Salvato Doktorski- The characters in this story go on a road trip during the summer after Rosie sets her ex's car on fire. This is the perfect beach read because it will keep you hooked with the romance, the story line, and the laughs that Doktorski provides.

2. The Book of Broken Hearts by Sarah Ockler- If you've read the synopsis of this, forget whatever it is you THINK  its about. This book is the perfect beach read because not only is it set in the summer time, but it features one of the cutest romances I've read about all year. (It also includes a mini road trip!)

3. Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell- This makes the perfect beach read because the romance in it is so unforgettable.

4. That Time I Joined the Circus by J.J. Howard- I see this as the perfect summer read because its set in the summer and the circus brings a sort of whimsical atmosphere to the story.  This makes the perfect summer read, because there were so many plot twists, even the romance will leave you guessing!

5. The Summer I Became a Nerd by Leah Rae Miller- The perfect summer read. Set in the summer, a really perfect love interest, and a very cute situation.

6. Things I Can't Forget by Miranda Kenneally- It's set in a summer camp and it deals with a lot of tough issues. Perfect ingredients for a well worth it romance.

7. Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins- I love this book. Although it is set while they are in school, the romance and Paris makes it so much fun to read! This is one of the best contemps I've ever read, so reading it on the beach, in the car, anything would be totally worth it!

8. Of Poseidon by Anna Banks- Here is one book that I've read that's set in the summer and features sand and water... And syrena too! And the romance?? Let's just say that Galen is superrrrrr hot!

9. Perfect Chemistry series by Simone Elkeles- Even though its set while they're all in school, the romance is so hot, if you blush from the sexy times, you can blame it from the heat outside! They're all so good!

10. Something Like Normal by Trish Doller- This makes the perfect summer read because it features sea turtles! If you know the scene I'm talking about, you know how swoony it is!
