Q: Activity!!! Take a picture or describe where you love to read the most…

My favorite place to read would have to be anywhere with a really good light source right next to it. I should've listened when my momma said reading in the dark is bad for your eyes lol it really was for me smh

I'm always next to the big lamp in the corner of the couch with my book and a blanket. (Excuse the mess of wires lol That's my boyfriend with the Playstation and everything else smh)

Q: Which book from your school days
do you remember reading & enjoying? Is there a book published now
that you'd like to see in today's curriculum for kids?

I'll go with the required reading. There were three books and one play that I really enjoyed when I was in school. It was Maya Angelou's "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings" J.D. Salinger's "The Catcher in the Rye" Harper Lee's "To Catch a Mockingbird" and Shakespeare's "Macbeth."

  1. Good light source is a must. I like sunshine through a window myself.

  2. New follower. I love Maya Angelou. She came to my university to speak, and I was so excited. Looking forward to your reviews.

  3. I just recently added a good light source to my little corner. I like your reading space, I have to have my blanket too.

Here is my Feature and Follow Friday.

  4. I always read next to a good light source, too.

  5. Lighting is important! LOL ;) New follower! Awesome answer! Totally agree and love your post!!!!

    Follow me too?

  6. That looks great! My lamp isn't that big, it's just a small little light that uses an energy-efficient lightbulb, but I also have one like that only with tons of lights and different colors and the lights are bendable so I can bend the lights around! I love it, and it's purple and pink!

    1. Wow that sounds like a great lamp! I really like the idea of different colors, but the closest I got was just a colored light bulb! lol
