Top Ten Tuesday: Most anticipated Reads of 2013

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. Each week we will post a new Top Ten list. Everyone is welcome to join.

This week's topic is:
Top Ten Most Anticipated Books For 2013
These are in no particular order.

1. Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare: Even though I haven't read Clockwork Prince yet (I know what's wrong with me?!) I enjoyed the first one and I'm looking forward to this one.

2. Just One Day by Gayle Forman: I LOVED If I Stay and Where She Went! Forman just has magic with her books and I don't expect this one to be ANY different!

3. Isla and the Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins: Perkins just seems to get YA contemporary. And even more, she just gets how to do a really great companion novel. I'm really excited to see what she has in store for Isla and see what Anna, Etienne, Lola, and Cricket are up to now.

4. Apollyon by Jennifer L. Armentrout: I'd be lying if I said this wasn't one of my favorite series! I mean it features my favorite book boyfriend ever (AHHH AIDEN!) and of course the cover is gorgeous! I can't wait to see how the gods will factor into this one!

5. The Archived by Victoria Schwab: "Imagine a place where the dead rest on shelves like books." Nuff said. I didn't need to read further than this to say YES I wanted to read this book.

6. Scarlet by Marissa Meyer: Let's be honest. If you saw my Waiting on Wednesday for it (See it here), you can see how bad I want it. FYI: I would still gladly give a limb for it if you would like to let me borrow. :) I need to know what happened to Cinder! Plus, I've heard alottttt about Wolf and I need to meet him for myself!

7. The Nightmare Affair by Mindee Arnett: The premise sounds so amazing! And I mean come on, I love that its unique. I feel as if this will be a nice escape from all the regular-ness that is going on in the YA world.

8. My Life After Now by Jessica Verdi: If you follow my blog, you should know that I am a HUGE fan of contemporaries where there is a big situation and this one is the cream of the crop. To make it even better, the situation that she's in hasn't been visited by YA yet and I'm interested in finding out how she does it.

9. The Beautiful and the Cursed by Page Morgan: Another paranormal YA that is going to be unique to the scene. I mean gargoyles?! This has no choice but to be epic!

10. Let the Sky Fall by Shannon Messenger: I've heard so many great things about this! And if you know me, you know how much I LOVE mythology! This features a litle of everything that I love, romance, mythology, and a gorgeous cover.

Runner ups! (Because I could NEVER only pick 10 for a topic like this!)

1. Things I Can't Forget by Miranda Kenneally: Catching Jordan was so good, and Stealing Parker was even better! I love the lessons that she throws into each of her stories and I can't wait to see what lesson she has in store for us in this one.

2. Pivot Point by Kasie West: I love the concept of this! I would love to know what the outcome of my choices were before I chose!

3. Divergent #3 by Veronica Roth: I LOVED the ending of Insurgent and I cannot wait to see what goes on now.

4. Splintered by A.G. Howard: We all know how I feel about fairy-tale retellings. And this one takes the cake. I've heard nothing but good things about it and even more, the cover is GORGEOUS!

5. Nobody But Us by Kristin Halbrook: Ummm It says Bonnie and Clyde meets If I Stay..... And that's all I read. I knew I had to read it then.

6. The Rules for Disappearing by Ashley Elston: Witness Protection?! Yes please! And you've been doing six different people?! Man this book sounds so good.

7.  Chantress by Amy Butler Greenfield: This cover is beyond gorgeous and the magical synopsis sound so promosing! I can't wait for this one!
